Does Vult Legal send my documents anywhere?
No. The models run on your computer. The only traffic is listed on the Privacy page and can be switched off in Settings.
Which languages does it handle?
French, German, Dutch and English for questions, summaries and translation into English. Dictation: French, English and German. The interface is in all four.
What computer do I need?
A Mac with Apple silicon, or a 64-bit Windows 11 PC, with 16 GB of memory for all features. A graphics chip helps with scans and photos. See Download for the details and what we have not measured.
Can I trust the answers?
Treat them like a fast junior's draft. Each answer cites a page and the app flags figures it cannot find in that page, but in our tests about 1 answer in 8 was wrong. Open the cited page every time.
Does it replace a legal database?
No. There is no case-law database inside; it links out to the official sources. Statute search covers German and Dutch law now, French and Luxembourg law next.
What happens after the 15-day trial?
The app becomes read-only: you can open, export and delete your matters, but not add documents, ask questions or generate. Buy a licence and everything is back.
Can I cancel?
Any time. You keep what you paid for until the period ends, and you get a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase.
How does VAT work?
Prices are net. We are in Luxembourg: Luxembourg customers pay Luxembourg VAT (17%); customers in other EU countries with a valid VAT number pay no VAT (reverse charge); without one they pay VAT. Swiss customers pay no Luxembourg or EU VAT, and a Swiss business accounts for Swiss VAT itself.
Where do you sell?
We sell to customers in Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and Switzerland. Deadline rules cover Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, and statute search starts with Germany and the Netherlands. The app speaks French, German, Dutch and English.
Can my staff use it?
Yes, with staff seats: they can add and prepare documents, redact, build the records sheet and fill templates. Cited answers, deadlines and the statute index are for lawyer seats.
Is it certified or approved by my bar?
No. We make no such claim.
