Privacy by design

What never leaves your computer

What does leave your computer

Each of these can be seen and switched off in Settings, with the time of the last contact. A guard inside the program refuses any connection to an address that is not on this list, so even a library that tries to call home fails.
Also
- Every model call is logged per matter on your computer (model, time, a fingerprint of the input; never the text) and the log can be exported.
- Exported matters are encrypted and signed; keys live in your operating system's keychain.
- The AI models are open-weight models that run locally; the footer of this site names them and their licences.
